Services for Schools Online Ordering System
Most academies and schools rely on the FFT Live website to provide high quality performance data to support self-evaluation and target-setting.
If you subscribe to our service we can offer you a significant reduction in price compared to the cost of purchasing your subscription directly from FFT.
Effective use of FFT Live can greatly enhance your ability to evaluate school and pupil performance. It also helps you set realistic but challenging targets for pupils at your school.

We will help you access FTT Live and provide telephone support to identify and find the reports that your school needs. We will also support you with practical help and guidance on using FFT Live.
FFT Live will improve your self-evaluation and enhance and inform your work with professional partners such as the Standards and Learning Effectiveness Service. Find out more about the Standards and Learning Effectiveness Services.

The pupil counts to be used for calculating prices are the FTE count for the whole school.
You will need to sign the high level data sharing agreement with East Sussex County Council.
You will also need to sign all relevant operational sharing agreements, for example for National Consortium of Examination Results (NCER), FFT and School Census Data. Please contact the Data, Research and Information Management Team for more information.
We represent East Sussex on the NCER and regularly attend Department for Education updates on data developments. This means our service is continually evolving to ensure that we provide you with the support you need to review your school's and pupils’ performance.
We will also consult you on a regular basis to find out what you think of our service and how we can improve it to meet your needs.
