Services for Schools Online Ordering System
We employ a team of skilled staff who will work alongside your academy to meet its priorities. As a paying customer, you will be able to dictate how we work in your academy and the length of any intervention.
An entirely new charging logic has been introduced to this service this year. It works on the principle of flexible units of time whihc schools can use to purchase support and interventions. For more information, see the service description and pricing sections above.
I cannot fault the service, the Behaviour and Attendance Officers Support has been outstanding

Our core aim is to ensure that every child makes the most of their educational opportunities so that they achieve their full potential.
We do this by bringing together a range of professionals from different backgrounds with expertise in behaviour (including anti-bullying), attendance and family support. For example, if a child has attendance problems we will support the child, their family and your school to improve attendance and reduce truancy and lateness.
Our support is delivered by highly experienced practitioners who will bring a range of additional skills to your school. Their greater flexibility means they can do the work that your staff cannot, such as supporting families in their homes or providing one-to-one support outside the classroom.
Alongside our direct work, we will provide your staff with high quality advice, guidance and training. This will allow you to maximise the full potential of the children you have today, and those you will have in the future.
Our support is priced in terms of units. Your school can buy a block of units, which you then use to ‘buy’ interventions. The unit price includes all the work needed to deliver an identified intervention. There are no hidden extra costs.
We understand that the needs of your school can change quickly. If you plan to use units for a particular piece of work but then find you need them for another intervention, we have the capacity and flexibility to enable you to do this.
You can buy units at any time during the year. However, to get best value we recommend that you agree an amount at the beginning of the year. We will then keep you informed about how you are spending your units, ensuring you get maximum value. If you need to buy more you can do so.

We provide support free of charge for all children whose levels of attendance require statutory intervention by the local authority. Statutory support is also provided for children and families involved in the process of permanent exclusion.
We have a well-established outcome-based accountability framework in place. This involves sending evaluation questionnaires to schools, families and children that focus on a range of positive outcome measures for students.
