Services for Schools Online Ordering System
Our service has a proven track record in securing the best possible learning outcomes for vulnerable students who cannot participate in conventional, school-based learning.
Over the last six years we have been transforming the way vulnerable students are taught by removing barriers to achievement and providing creative and flexible personalised learning.
The E-Learning Service has proven an invaluable tool in supporting some of our most vulnerable students. E-Learning has given the school the flexibility to personalise our student’s education, which in turn has enabled us to improve their engagement and attendance at school. In particular, students with long-term medical issues have been able to continue their education without falling behind with their learning, which they previously may have done.
Deputy Head - Hastings Academy
Our highly skilled e-learning teachers who deliver live lessons to students over the internet. Students and teachers interact in a virtual real-time classroom. They can speak to each other and get resources for the lesson via a shared whiteboard.
Students can access this virtual classroom from any location, such as their home, a teaching centre, a library or their school.
We provide a full timetable of lessons covering the core subjects – English, maths and science – and additional subjects such as history, geography and religious education. An individual timetable is set up for each student based upon their specific needs.

E-learning is successful in engaging students in learning outside the classroom because:
The cost of an e-learning ‘seat’ depends on the number of students and the number of hours of provision required.
One full-time seat of 25 hours can accommodate three students at any one time. A full time ‘seat’ costs £5,500 per year.
This seat could be shared by different students during the course of any given week or year and should be seen as part of a flexible package of provision for students alongside work in school, work placements, attendance at college and other educational experiences.
We offer significant reductions to schools or organisations wanting to buy multiple seats, making e-learning extremely good value for money.
We also provide training for staff on all aspects of the e-learning platform. This costs £300 per day.

We believe that virtual teaching and learning should be of the highest quality and relevant to each student’s educational needs. To achieve this, we use up-to-date resources, careful planning and measure our success by students’ progress, both academically and socially.
Quality assurance remains a high priority for our service. We carry out quality assurance through an outcome-based accountability process. This involves sending questionnaires to schools, families and children that focus on a range of positive outcomes for students.
