Service Details
We will:
- recruit, train and supply independent appeal panel members
- supply a trained clerk
- liaise with all parties about the arrangements for the hearing and send out notification letters
- send out the case papers ahead of the hearing
- produce the decision letter
- deal with queries about the process
- produce all the paperwork relating to the process, such as an appeal form, guidance notes and template letters.
Your academy will be responsible for:
- producing your own statement of case and supplying it to us in time to be sent out by the legal deadline
- sending representatives to the hearing to present the school’s case and answer any reasonable questions that the oanel, the appellant and the local authority representative may have.
