        We offer support that complements your provision and is flexible, effective and tailored both to your needs and to those of your pupils.

        We offer:

        • initial assessment and support for newly arrived pupils;
        • specialist one-to-one, small group and in-class support, including English language tuition, from qualified experienced teachers;
        • advice on and delivery of literacy and numeracy intervention programmes;
        • curriculum and pastoral support;
        • transition support for EAL pupils;
        • assisted access to education;
        • personalised tuition and support for internal assessments and external qualifications, including community language and alternative English exams;
        • access to bilingual support officers, covering many of the most widely spoken languages, including one-to-one support and home school liaison;
        • resources to support a culturally reflective curriculum;
        • provision of dual language dictionaries and books, English language learning materials, and differentiated resources for curriculum areas;
