        You can choose a package of advice, consultancy support and training that meets your needs. You will work with a manager from the service to create a customised package of training and support that meets your needs. 

        We provide a relevant and up to date programme of training and conferences to bring you innovative professional development and learning for all of your staff.

        Our service offer for schools is organised under the main headings of the Ofsted framework:

        Pupil achievement

        We will work with you to maximise the achievement and progress of all groups of pupils and to close achievement gaps. Our consultants and managers have expertise in:

        • the effective use of performance data
        • promoting strong transition between all key stages
        • providing subject specialist support
        • developing Careers Education Information Advice and Guidance and employability skills
        • evaluating the progress of vulnerable groups (including pupils with Special Educational Needs and disabilities)
        • raising aspirations and raising standards in literacy and mathematics.

        Quality of teaching
