The technical help desk will provide you with access to:

- help with resolving disputes about maintenance issues to avoid complicated, protracted and expensive disputes
- advice on what servicing should be carried out and ongoing support to ensure you are aware and comply with your legal responsibilities
Property officer
Your school will be assigned a property officer who will be your main point of contact and will get to know your school’s particular needs. They will:
- advise on maintaining your property and targeting your resources
- ensure that maintenance carried out by the County Council is included in your planned maintenance programme
- help you understand and meet any new legislative requirements, including advice on your condition survey information, to clarify issues and explain your repair responsibilities.
Quality checked and managed Contractors and Consultants
We will provide you with:
- a list of approved maintenance contractors vetted and continually assessed for quality, financial stability and appropriate insurance cover
- access to approved consultants if you are funding your own school project
